Quotes from Course attended

I've attended a course at National Council of Social Service, Social Service Training Institute this morning. The speaker was Bee Leng, a very inspiring speaker and knowledgeable in the area that she is sharing with us - 'Handling difficult clients'. She is from Continuum Learning Pte Ltd.

I believe most of the strategies can be applied to other people, not just our clients that we are serving. It can be with our friends and family.

I'll shall share more when I'm more alert and have the time. Now I shall only share with you some quotes that I found meaningful or trigger some thoughts in me:
