Shopping Spree

It has been so long since I went for shopping with my colleague after work. Last Thursday, I bought quite a few items which added up to $130+.

As my facial cleanser has finished, I decided to replenish my "stock" from Face Shop. Instead of getting just the cleanser, I got myself 2 more items - 10 Eye Masks and a cellulite body gel. It adds up to around $100. With that, I got myself a free tote bag as well but it was out of stock.

In addition, I got myself a new work pants. I have always wanted to get a new pants because the ones that I am wearing are all too big for me. It would have already fallen off if not for my hip. This is my new pants in relation to the old ones:

As you guys know I had just rebonded my hair too. Of course I must not neglect my hair care. I got myself a hair mask!

That's about all for the spree on last Thursday. In the end, we only went home after 10pm. I also tried a top from Uniquo and I like it! But it was too big. They only come in medium and large sizes. I needed a small.

My Second shopping Spree:

Yesterday, after my facial, I had another shopping spree. I got myself a Bio-essence Anti-dark circles essence, a body shop body gel, and a bust firming cream. lolx.

Hopefully this can help my chronic dark circles

New Permed Hair

Did you guys(and gals) know that I permed my hair last Tuesday? But I'm glad that many people say it looks nice!!! At least the money is well spent and look good! =D Initially, I am still quite "afraid" of perming because I didn't know how it will turn out to be and after perming, it looks alittle weird. Maybe because I didn't perm before. If you wonder how long I took, it took me around 6 hours!!! I did some scalp treatment too BTW. =X

And I'm LOVING my hair now!!!! But it takes a little more time than usual to maintain and manage it. But well, the time is getting shorter as compared to the first time I washed my hair!

If you are wondering, I did my hair at Jean Yip (Tampines one) as I had a package with them since beginning of this year. Well, I am willing to pay alittle more, so long the effect is good and doesn't really spoil my hair. =)

I must be able to treat myself well before I can treat others well right? Of course that doesn't mean I'm not treating people well when I treat myself well.

P.S: I intend to go and colour my hair in January next year..... I think it will make the perm nicer. Check out for more of my hair in January! Till then, take care!

Shopping Spree

My bed finally has a bedsheet after few months.

I thought my bed is king size. Apparently, it is queen size. Therefore, the bedsheet is slightly bigger. But never mind. It can be stuffed under the bed. This set also has a quilt cover that comes with it. Maybe one day I'll pop by Ikea to get a quilt. Now, I just make do with my old single size quilt that I put inside this quilt cover. =P

As tomorrow I am going to attend a wedding dinner, I bought some new make-up set as the ones that I bought 2 years ago are too dark for my skin now. This former tanned girl has become fairer (though still quite dark compared to other gals). The make up set are from The Face Shop.

What a spree. Don't ask me how much I spent. It is alot. I doubt I'll go Hong Kong during my leave on 17 - 21 Oct. Maybe I'll just slack at home.... or maybe I'll go zoo.... or sentosa..... or go for my SPA! Nonetheless, I guess retail therapy helps alittle... though it burns my pocket too.

I just need a break.

P.S: Anyone wants to go for an overseas trip bet 14 dec to 25 dec? Phuket maybe? I want to go some relaxing place.....

As OT seeing children for therapy, I seldom wear nice clothes to work. Simply because with kids, they drool, they will be all over the place. Sometimes I will rough play with them too. Jump here, hop there, climb here, climb there. Pull here, push there.

But when the chance comes, I will try to wear nicer when I go out. Haha... that's why when I went back to office during my annual leave for my centre 2 year anniversary celebration, my HQ staff at one glance will able to notice that I am not working on that day.


Thus, during my 2 days weekend classes, I tends to dress alittle nicer as this is also the only chance I get to wear my shorts, dress or skirts, which I can't do so on a typical working day.

I was walking around alittle aimlessly in City Hall after class. Just felt like taking a walk. Remembered someone was looking for a laptop bag.... so I had an aim finally. Couldn't find many. The one that he wanted was also out of production too. As I was walking at level 1, I was "attracted" to 2 push-cart stalls - Nail Kit from Israel and also sunglasses. In the end, I got myself a nail kit and 2 sunglasses. =X

If you know me well, I'm someone who don't care about the conditions of my hands, fingers, nails, legs, feets and toe nails. I just can't be bothered. Hmm... when I'm stressed or anxious or thinking deeply, I will tend to bit my nails too. =X But I guess I should start now, before it gets too late where they have to be admitted to ICU. LOLX. It takes alot of hard work to stay pretty. Sometimes I am a lazy gal. But there's always a reason or motivation for me to stay pretty. =)

Scratches

Don't worry. I didn't go and 'cut' myself on the face after I blog about the Pain entry yesterday. I think I won't go to that extend.

There are few scratches on the right side of my face (of both side... why on the right side where I always take photos with? What the..... lolx... ) Pretty obvious I guess. Although I tried to hide them using my fringes, my colleagues still be able to spot them at first glance. Mission failed.
lol....

One colleague asked if I had a fall. The other joked that I had a fight with my "bf", who seriously should be an imaginary man since I have no idea who is he. lolx....

Anyway, I have no idea where the scratches were from. When I went for my facial on Monday, the beautician asked if I had 2-3 scratches. I don't know if the scratches was due to me scratching myself on sunday night as the weather was so blo*dy hot! Or it could be worsen after the facial. Better don't leave any scars on this already not-so-pretty-face.... lolx....

Anyway, I wasn't STILL spending 'so much' in this recession period.... The facial package has already been paid before the CNY. So must as well go right? It is better to start to maintain now than when I turn 30 or 40 years old and it might be too late to do anything.

Life goes on..... soon it will be.... been there, done that. =)

P.S: I think some idiots has complained to humanpets for whatsoever reasons and I was banned! Didn't go in for months and just thought of it and went in this morning. Was very surprised to see that I was banned when I wasn't even playing for months. God knows. Just missed the memories in it... .... should have screen-saved all that was there.... oh well.....

And my dad got a new phone after his phone was not working well. And here comes my turn! My phone just blackout on its own anytime, and it will turn darker or if someone happens to call when it is in the blackout stage, the phone will just ring non-stop and you will get to hear the whole MP3 song until you remove the battery. Sianz la.... less than 1 year only!! Damn pissed off.... dunoo if i will affect me in receiving and sending smses.... thus if I didn't reply or you didn't receive my sms.... blame it on my phone.... lolx....

As if I send and receive alot of messages from people.... lolx....

Thank god it is going to rain!!! I won't get myself sticky when I wakes up in the morning again....

Issey Miyake

I finally get to take these photos. My SE G900 phone camera has been playing truant with me. He didn't want to work and help me take photos. Didn't manage to take photo of it till today. But even that, the quality has dropped. Dunno what has happened to my beloved phone. Sigh.

Anyway, my beloved colleague was so nice and knew that I had intention to get Issey Miyake Perfume but haven't buy, she got me 2 small Issey Miyake Perfume (~3-5ml) each for me to try when she went to Australia few weeks ago. =) Thanks lots! And I really LOVE the smell!!! =D

Haha.... she and the other colleagues was joking that it might be year 2012 when I finally decides what perfume to buy, since I have been searching close to 2 months and I haven't buy any. lolx....

Blog on His and Her Beauty

With an increase interest in beauty care knowledge, I have started a blog to share knowledge and products that I've read up on or used.

The blog is still in process of adding entries. Currently I am busy with my 4000 words group assignment. Maybe will update when I'm taking my breaks during my assignment. =)

Fragrance for Women

Yours truly is looking for perfumes to be used. I want something not too strong yet nice smelling even after few hours of putting it.

Currently I have only a Limited Edition Green Apple Body Mist which is finishing and another Jasmine Body mist too. Both from body shop.

Do you guys have any recommendations to make?

I have smelt quite a few recently. Till now, the 2 that I like so far is:

DKNY Be Delicious for Women

and

Hugo Women

There are few others that I am interested in (as recommended by many) but yet to try:

• ISSEY MIYAKE (HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS among my female colleagues and even Guys like that smell!)
• Tommy Girl

Lipomassage (LPG)

Yesterday as my aerobics lesson is postponed, I made an appointment with Citispa for a free treatment of Lipomassage worth $168 with my free gift voucher:


How I gotten this free voucher?

This was given by Citispa because I did not want to pay my the remaining balance for facial package the other time. The reason was because my cash was abit tight, thus I thought of paying the remaining only after I started 3-4 sessions of the treatment.

But they persuaded me to make the full payment now and they will give me another free session of facial and this LPG. Anyway, each of my facial includes Diamond Tone Facial Treatment + Eye treatment. =X

Since I have to use this voucher by end of this month, I am just trying my luck for yesterday's appointment.

Apparently this LPG will help to slim, sculpt/shape and firm the body. For this, I have to wear special suit for the machine to be used on me. For this suit, I have to remove all clothings, except my undies *censored* before wear this suit.

Hmm... was there any difference? Anyway you can't see much difference with just 1 treatment and I'm not taking any package for it. I'm going to tone it out through my areobics. =P

Anyway, what did the one who did the treatment for me says about me? lolx.... I think I'm not going to share here..... So far only 2 people know what did the person say about me. =)

Beauty, Hair and Dental Care

I went for my 3rd out of my 5th facial package. Changed my normal facial to Diamond Tone facial since my 2nd facial onwards - Paid additional $300, exclusive of GST.

Today, I was sort of persuaded to take up a new package - 10 Diamond Tone Facial with Eye Treatments. Don't ask me how much. I guess this is the first time I spent so much on pampering on myself. But like many others who commented, it is good to start young, rather than to start when I turned 30s or 40s.

But oh well, at least, I start to see some effect on my face. But the therapist was saying that I may be using the wrong facial wash, etc. Thinking whether to continue or to change another product. hmmm.....

Anyway, I am still considering whether to go for rebonding or not. Alvin was suggesting that I should try out their rebonding when I was in Bangkok, but I am not that adventurous to try that out. In case I came back with some strange hairstyle. I'm starting to like a bit of my wavy hair already. Maybe I should wait my hair to get a bit longer before I go for rebonding. The other time someone was saying that my hair was abit short to go for rebonding. Waste money. lolx... quite true also. Maybe I'll go and do it after new year?

Next, I am going to do more for my dental care. I'm ashamed that hasn't been doing very good dental care. Should start to do more and thinking of going for braces. Have been wanting to do that since when I was in Junior College.

Shall see how then. =P
