Best Run

I guess I had my best run just now at Bedok Reservoir....... I didn't pant alot as last time.... my knees wasn't as painful as last time..... I didn't have alot of things to think as compared to last time...... it was rather calm and peaceful.......

With this, I have a very nice run..... running with the music really helps me alot I guess.... it helps me with my breathing..... my pace...... and let me capture the short moment of the sunset....


hmm....my timing was also around 35 mins or so for my 4.2km...... but I have stopped a few times to take photos of the sunset..... cause it is just so irresistible...... thus... I guess my timing might be around 32min bah..... at first want to run 1 more round one... but it was turning dark..... have no choice but decided to walk home after the run.......


After the run, I decided to 'pamper' myself with 田鸡粥。。。。 是以形补形吗？ 我也不知道。。。。 只是想吃就吃咯。。。。



And it is also a small celebration for me that.... I survived 2 weeks of work at new department!!! YEAH!!!! *never cheer for me? ;)*

But that cost me $8! haha.... but never mind la.... 2 more weeks and hopefully my bonus will come in.... ;P

Joke at the end of the day

I guess my day@work ended with laughter.....

A colleague of mine said,

"The child is still sucking on nipple?"

There was total silence after that statement.....

All of us were thinking very hard...... and then we burst into laughter.......


Another colleague replied,

"How would you know?"

And I tries to be cheeky.......

"Hey..... make sure you don't ASK the parents - Why is your child still sucking on the nipple?"

When things don't go well, who does our fingers point to?

I was in some conversation yesterday and today with different people..... and in both the conversation we talked about when things happened, we tends to point fingers and blame others on things that was wrong, instead of us thinking whether the fault lies in ourselves. Sometimes when things happened, we became defensive and tries to explain ourselves. We seldom take time to think if the problem really lies in others or ourselves.

When we are late for work, what do we say?

"The bus was late."

When there is argument/miscommunication with colleagues and friends, what do we do or say?

"It's her/his fault. He/She should initiate to talk to me/apologised."

Do you realised that we are always finding excuses/explanations to cover up for ourselves? I am no GOD, sometimes I do that too but if all of us can do the 3 step process - STOP, THINK, and SAY/MOVE/DO, maybe we can avoid alot of things from happening in the world.

Found this cube at work but don't know who it belongs to.... so I just take and started to fidget with it.....

3 sides almost done but not quite yet.....

This cube has become my fidget toy when I get too tired or too bored in doing my paperwork.... I will fidget this abit.... before I get back to concentrate on my work......

P.S: I got too engrossed in doing this in the bus yesterday that I missed my bus stop.... alighted at the next bus stop and had to walk 1 bus stop home..... but was still playing when I was walking home.....

Today, the ladies at the Peads dept decided to have some healthy food finally. We went to NTUC and buy the ingredients for our sandwiches....

Today, my new love- G900 has it mood swing today......

First, don't know why... when pluck off from the USB charging..... the batt level went down tremendously..... and when I finished seeing my clients..... my phone was off....

Then.... when I tried to go to youtube to view the following video via WiFi.... it got hang.... and I got to like restart my phone like a few times..... cause I tried a few times.... just don't want to give up that it hang on me....



I guess.... today it got it's mood swing....

But I still LOVE you.... ;)
