Too many things, too little time

Youth camp... Home and Comummity Assignment... OTTP Assignments and leaflet... LLD Poster... Narrative Story for clinical... CRD... Exams...

Currently, have too many things at hand but left with too little time... ...

With Youth Camp proposal due this coming monday, with me not yet meet up with the committee.... I got lotsa to do... on top of that .... my home and community is not even 1/6 completed.... side views of my toilet not drawn... community environment not yet assessed.... recommendations not yet drawn up.... guess I REALLY got lot of things to complete....

With monday comes my Final Eval for my clinicals.... hope that things go well.... I just hope to get everything over and done with. Clinical is always the thing that increases our stress level and bringing in fatigue and of course sometimes even we sleep at night, we'll dream of it.

Just want to take a short break after all the assignments... and of course before I set my foot on another place for attachment AGAIN.

Now to think about it....

This is quite true...

"You like helping people create solutions out of their ideas and then persuading
them to take action to put those ideas into motion. Most of all, you like
dealing with people directly."

"For ENFJ, one potential weakness is your tendency to personalize your work. You
are a sensitive person and once you start something, you wholeheartedly invest
yourself in it. When projects don't work out the way you'd like them to, you
have a hard time not taking it personally. This may be a pitfall for you because
the time and emotional energy you devote to work may result in you shortchanging
other areas of your life."
The above is quite true too.... remembered that daddy say that I will "punish" myself if things don't go my way......
I think it is all because I take all mistakes personally la...
just like today, a Staff did not pay her stocking... then I was just telling Mr H that I did stocking for 6 people today...
then Mr H was joking say 6 ppl never pay ah.. I was like... no la... only 1 la.. where got 6.... then he replied, " why you like so defensive..."

And well... I guess all these emotions if I take personally... it really does affect other areas of my life la....

But then, it can be a strength too.... because ,

"Disclosing this weakness to a potential employer may end up working in your
favor. In their eyes, you are a devoted employee who is committed to working
hard and producing good work. It shows that you're not afraid to invest a lot of
time on a project and won't be running out the door at 5 p.m. "

I was chatting with D on the MSN when he asked what do girls look for in guys......

I think this is rather subjective.... but for me.....

The guy need not be handsome... but must be charming....

Need not be very tall... but must be taller than me.... cos i already not very tall liao...

Need to be understanding...

MUST like kids and animals esp. DOGs!!!

Need to be caring....

Need to be humerous.... know how to cheer me when I'm down....

Must be an outdoor person la....

Must able to make decisions like where to eat, go ,etc instead of asking me to make all the decisions....

And of course.... no no MCP please.....

More to the list of course... but this is the minimum requirements I guess... lolz

In another similar test - I'm ENFJ

Your natural leadership skills make you the go-to person during times of crisis or needed inspiration. You are blessed with the ability to maintain balance in the office or motivate others to join the team. You possess excellent communication and people skills, and help maintain a positive work atmosphere that allows people to grow. You remain focused and encourage others to reach a common goal. You dislike office politics and try not to get involved in the murk. Instead, you rise above it all with your understanding nature. You like taking control of situations and projects, but do not flaunt your power in people's faces. You have a deft touch and inspire others with your magnetic charisma. You are well organized and are a strong multi-tasker.

--------------------------------------------------
Looking at the ideal work environment is only the first step to understanding your personality type and your long-term career goals. The following paragraphs describe how your personality type is related to what some people refer to as your "transferable" or "higher" skills.

Even if you do love your job, it is easy to lose sight of your "higher" skills: what you take with you no matter where you work. Some skills are honed through work experiences, but many are innate to our personality. Some things are just easier for us to do than it is for others. For instance, you may have great people skills and may do well in sales or public relations, or you might have a knack for numbers and can excel in engineering, the stock market or accounting. Read below to see what higher skills fall under your personality type. Although you may not have had a chance to exercise these skills at your current job, keep them in mind so that you can find ways to incorporate what you naturally do at your current job or advertise these skills to launch your next successful job search. Having these skills can put you ahead of another candidate when looking for a future job. When if comes to work, you:

  • Effectively advance communication between people
  • Can successfully integrate large pieces of information
  • Can evaluate problems and provide expert opinion
  • Are good at negotiating with others to reach a mutually satisfying solution
  • Can adapt to new situations quickly
  • Can effectively interpret or explain other people's ideas
  • Motivate others to produce their best work
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy becoming an expert on one thing. This strength gives you the ability to be the foremost authority in your field. You like helping people create solutions out of their ideas and then persuading them to take action to put those ideas into motion. Most of all, you like dealing with people directly.
For ENFJ, one potential weakness is your tendency to personalize your work. You are a sensitive person and once you start something, you wholeheartedly invest yourself in it. When projects don't work out the way you'd like them to, you have a hard time not taking it personally. This may be a pitfall for you because the time and emotional energy you devote to work may result in you shortchanging other areas of your life. Disclosing this weakness to a potential employer may end up working in your favor. In their eyes, you are a devoted employee who is committed to working hard and producing good work. It shows that you're not afraid to invest a lot of time on a project and won't be running out the door at 5 p.m.

I am ESFJ - Extrovert, Sensing, Feeling and Judging.

Provider Guardians take it upon themselves to arrange for the health and welfare of those in their care, but they are also the most sociable of all the Guardians, and thus are the great nurturers of established institutions such as schools, businesses, churches, social clubs, and civic groups. Wherever they go, Providers take up the role of social contributor, happily giving their time and energy to make sure that the needs of others are met, that traditions are supported and developed, and that social functions are a success.

Providers are very likely more than ten percent of the population, and this is very fortunate for the rest of us, because friendly social service is a key to their nature. Highly cooperative themselves, Providers are skilled in maintaining teamwork among their helpers, and are also tireless in their attention to the details of furnishing goods and services. They make excellent chairpersons in charge of social events. They are without peer as masters of ceremonies, able to approach others with ease and confidence, and seemingly aware of what everyone’s been doing. And they are outstanding hosts or hostesses, able to remember people’s names, usually after one introduction, and always concerned about the needs of their guests, wanting to insure that all are involved and provided for.

Providers are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others, which makes them perhaps the most sympathetic of all the types, but which also leaves them rather self-conscious, that is, highly sensitive to what others think of them. Because of this Providers can be crushed by personal criticism, and will work most effectively when given ample appreciation both for themselves personally and for the service they give to others. This is not to say that Providers are afraid to express their own emotional reactions. They are quick to like and dislike—and don’t mind saying so—tending to put on a pedestal whatever or whoever they admire, and to come down hard on those people and issues they don’t care for.

In their choice of careers, Providers may lean toward sales and service occupations. They have such pleasant, outgoing personalities that they are far and away the best sales reps, not only regularly winning sales contests, but earning seniority in any sales group within an organization. Observing Providers at work in a sales transaction reveals clearly how this type personalizes the sale. They are visibly—and honestly—concerned with their customer’s welfare, and thus the customer is not simply buying the product, but is buying personally from the Provider. This same characteristic causes them to be good in many people-to-people jobs, as teachers, clergy, coaches, social workers, office receptionists, and so on. Providers seldom become a source of irritation in the workplace; on the contrary, they are unflagging in their devotion to their company, and show such personal loyalty to their immediate superiors that they make invaluable personal secretaries.

----------------------------------------------------------
Guardians of birthdays, holidays and celebrations, ESFJs are generous entertainers. They enjoy and joyfully observe traditions and are liberal in giving, especially where custom prescribes.
All else being equal, ESFJs enjoy being in charge. They see problems clearly and delegate easily, work hard and play with zest. ESFJs, as do most SJs, bear strong allegiance to rights of seniority. They willingly provide service (which embodies life's meaning) and expect the same from others.

ESFJs are easily wounded. And when wounded, their emotions will not be contained. They by nature "wear their hearts on their sleeves," often exuding warmth and bonhomie, but not infrequently boiling over with the vexation of their souls. Some ESFJs channel these vibrant emotions into moving dramatic performances on stage and screen.
Strong, contradictory forces consume the ESFJ. Their sense of right and wrong wrestles with an overwhelming rescuing, 'mothering' drive. This sometimes results in swift, immediate action taken upon a transgressor, followed by stern reprimand; ultimately, however, the prodigal is wrested from the gallows of their folly, just as the noose tightens and all hope is lost, by the very executioner!

An ESFJ at odds with self is a remarkable sight. When a decision must be made, especially one involving the risk of conflict (abhorrent to ESFJs), there ensues an in-house wrestling match between the aforementioned black-and-white Values and the Nemesis of Discord. The contender pits self against self, once firmly deciding with the Right, then switching to Prudence to forestall hostilities, countered by unswerving Values, ad exhaustium, winner take all.
As caretakers, ESFJs sense danger all around--germs within, the elements without, unscrupulous malefactors, insidious character flaws. The world is a dangerous place, not to be trusted. Not that the ESFJ is paranoid; 'hyper-vigilant' would be more precise. And thus they serve excellently as protectors, outstanding in fields such as medical care and elementary education.

As much as I would like to.... but I do not like to give empty promises... furthermore, it will take a yr more.... and if I were to promise and breaks it... I will waste your 1 year....

Attachments - Mentally Draining

Attachments to others not in my course, may think that it is interesting and fun....

Indeed.... sometimes it can be fun when you meet interesting people..... but it is definately more mentally draining that anything else....

Upon reaching home.... I just don't feel like doing anything else... I just feel like resting.... lying on the sofa.... on my bed..... REST....

Though I know, no matter how much rest I get, I will still get tired.....

Maybe it is the reason I am not performing?

Too tired to reflect... sleeping soon.....

Mid - way Evaluations

Just a blink of an eye, I had finished my mid-way eval with my sup. Just as I had expected, I didn't perform as well. I think this time round, it was under my own expectations.

There are many things for me to improve on before my final eval which is like 1 week time? And HB is coming down on wed. Hope things go on well for me......

Fate

Have anyone thought that fate is a strange thing? And how it brings people together?

I've been to many interviews to join those outdoor companys. One of such is Nuquest. There were few more which I went and was selected to join the company. But, fate just didn't bring us together and I didn't feel to join the companies.

Yet, few years down the road after those interviews, I chance upon this company - Quantum Dynamics. This time, fate really brings us together. It was just a phone call from a friend, Rayyan. And this phone call creates this fate for me to meet people like Daddy Sanath, Mummy Juliana, and of course their 3 adorable children who became the siblings of the 3 test-tube babies.

This fate also creates lots of opportunities for me. It allows me to know alot more about myself and others. I think I will not find all these things and memories else where.

Like what Daddy always said, he is a private person. Yet now, with us, he invites us to his house, "sharing" his family.... lolz....

It is nice working with Daddy.....

Perhaps the 1st opportunity came a little too late ..... if not, perhaps I will already be helping out more in the company rather than studying now....

It is not that I don't want to study.... but come to think of that....

"Opportunity only knocks at the door once."
Everything is just so nice.... Just wondering if it will be as nice when I finished my studies.
And I also know that I shouldn't stare at the door that is already closed for I may miss out on the door that is opened.
But sometimes by the time I want to go to the opened door, I may realised that the door that is opened may now be closed.
Life is just that unpredictable.
It is also a fate that I am in OT. Whether I will con't to be an OT..... I do not have the answer.
Now, I may just want to live my life to what I think I want it to be.
Cos, whatever that will happen,
"It happens for a reason."

Fun and Laughters Laughter

I really had alot of fun for the camp. It was tiring. Really tiring. Especially having clinicals now...
But glad that I've helped out for the camp.... thanks daddy for the opportunity!

Through this camp, I got to know mummy, shanae and sharisse better. Didn't know that I and shanae has so much in common... which I cannot remember... but some of the similarities are things like, doesn't like to drink plain water, like to cook but don't like to do the dishes... Lolz

As for Sharisse, finally had chance to talk to her... lol... really chatty... Haha... I called her puppy and she called me doggie.... it is really great to have sister like her... lolz.... haha.. she even accompanied to stay in the van with me.... she was saying... I can sms and disturb you, unknowingly that she doesn't have my number (the list she has doesn't has my number). I told her and she said she can get it from her dad's hp.... then she said if i ever receive an unknown number.... it must be hers... lolz... I was telling her... what makes you think that I don't have your number? haha... then she was puzzled.... then I said... I can also get the number through the same way she got mine... lolz....

Happy Anniversary Daddy and Mummy!
