Day 1

Fruit and yogurt Cereals and Milk

Volunteer 1 on Monday: "You sure you eating? You so slim already!"
Volunteer 2 today: “你需要吗?”

You can afford to have side dishes.

Comments from me:
Haha..... well.... If can lose. lose lah.... if not, just join for fun lah....
Anyway now my weight has been fluctuating between 49 - 51kg.
This is purely for fun and health sake. =)

Of course, I don't deny there is some hope of losing some weight.... =X
