Contraction of muscles at the neck

Just went to see the doctor just now....
My neck at the right side hurts so much that I can't even turn to the right....
The doc said it is muscle contraction due to bad sleeping posture....
I hope so and not my muscle hindering the verterba...

Practically the whole day I did nouthing.... cos there was limted ROM that I can do with my neck....
